No entries at categories on DL module, no categories on ad b

Hello.
I have tried searching and found no answer.

on my downloads module I have several categories each has many entries - but they appear empty (i.e. - Vehicles (0)) but when you get inside category - it's ok.

On my Ad board module I have categories as-well, but I cant see any categories listing at all!
I have not made any design changes or any changes at all actually.

monju583, if you want Guests to be able to post ads in the Ad Board module, check the user group permissions in Control Panel -> Users -> User groups -> Guests -> Ad Board.

no categories and sub categories.
