| Krishna, Site Catalog is a catalog of links, and File Catalog is a catalog of files/downloads. However those names just show general features of catalogs, you may use them for whatever you want.

| Krishna, install File Catalog module in Control Panel -> Inactive. Then go to File Catalog -> Categories management and create the categories you need (note that you shouldn't copy exact categories titles from that website because it will be copyright infringement).
