Hello in my site i am facing with some problem. Although photo adding is opened for all but as a user i don't find any category but i can do that as a admin. i have checked all the option but couldn't find that. pls help me

Pongkoj, go to CP.
1. check user permission : Users - User group - Set permission to all groups - photo album
2. check album/category permission: photo album - Categories management - klick on and check access there.
3. check if your entries are active. (go to your site and choose on admin bar Control - inactive entries.

You can allow Users to Add, Edit/Remove own photos in CP->Users->User groups->Users->Photo Albums and then go to CP->Photo Albums->Module settings->check "Enable capability to search entries of a particular user"->click Save.
After that by clicking photos link in users' profiles you will be able to see all the photos each user added.
