Hi Guys ... Some of our club members are being a bit "silly" about baggering some of our other members with using the "Bad Post" option within our site news webpage ... Here's a link to a said page ...

... So, I'd like to be able to remove those "Bad Post" checks against valuable comments & posts left by players. Can this be done as I'm the administrator and need to hit this on the head as it's starting to get too personal for some club members! .... Thanks in advance for ur pointers ... Walts

Balrog, Go to your control panel and in Main » Users » User groups » Set permissions for all groups.
Under Comments you can find "Rate comments", simply untick for the groups which you don't want to allow rating for.

Hi Acid ... Thanks for that, but I don't want to deny ratings on positive feeback, so an an administrator, I would like to edit the "Bad Post" checks if not valid ... Walts

That's what I thought having roamed about the Control Panel Section. I was hoping someone could point me to a datafile which holds the ref of Good/Bad Post checks against comments? ... Walts

There are no settings for comment rating other than disabling it/enabling it.

You could find a third-party script for it though, but we won't help you with that here.
