What do you mean by "sent to me through my website"? You may allow Guests to post images in any of your site modules and view them this way (or use them for any other purposes).
If you want users to sent pictures to your e-mail via your website, I suggest you use Contact us form. Of course, you will need to enable "Capability to attach files to a letter". It is a paid services that can be activated in CP->E-mail form

How much diskspace can I attach to email when I pay for that service?

mathien, max file size of a file to attach is 10 Mb.
