Guests cant submit forms

It seems that guests need to register to submit forms.
I went to USers >User Groups > Guests > Email forms and ticked Send mail

But still it's asking them to log in/register, how do I disable this?

Yashraj, check whether Guests have access to the Contact Us page in Control Panel -> Page Editor -> Page management.
