Did you report the problem? This exact problem was identified not so long ago. If it existed before, we didn't receive reports about it.

It must have been me or some other person i was in contact with at that time, that reported this problem.

I can't tell you the exact date. I'll check with the technical team.

Thank you. I am curious as this would explain why the people said the e-mail form didn't work. I am curious for how long or what update caused this bug. The problem must have appeared between 6 month ago and 1 year at most.

You can create 50 e-mail forms and 10 'Tell a friend' forms.

About this...

Would it be possible Sunny to extend this limit in case a site owner requires it ?
For example a site that offers a visitor the ability to contact directly different people / businesses while adding a whole range of details to the message (that the people / businesses request).

I have currently build 50 e-mail forms but i need to know if it is possible to get an extension ?

What is the probability that my request will be approved ?
Thank you so much.

Urs, it is possible, but each such request is considered separately. You need to contact the support team via the website Control Panel.

I see thank you. The technical team right ?

Regarding the e-mail module yahoo.com problem. When do you think you will get a reply ? Also please try to find for how long this problem existed.

Thank you Sunny.

Urs, the problem has been identified - e-mails from @yahoo.com users are sent by our e-mail servers but are rejected by gmail.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.com (due to DMARC policy). The technical team will be working to find a solution.

The russian giant Yandex Mail also seem to work fine with yahoo.com mails.

Do you know if other contact forms (external to uCoz) have the same problem with yahoo.com mails ?

Urs, yes, most mail services should be working fine. Unfortunately the ones that don't are most popular.

What other contact forms do you mean?

Like these : http://blog.templatemonster.com/2010/07/08/free-contact-form-services/

Any update on fixing this problem ?

It is a very important and essential feature and i prefer to use uCoz own mail contact form rather than external sites that use all kinds of links to them or ads.

Urs, the fix requires a change in the logic of our current forms, and such change cannot be very fast.
