cyberworlds, your site is not opened for indexing until a 30 day period has been completed since it's original creation. You can either wait this out or site-indexing is opened immediately with the purchase of any premium packages.

cyberworlds, your robots.txt is not wrong, it shows that your website is closed for indexation. Each uCoz website that is less than 30 days old has such robots.txt file. When the 30-day quarantine is over, the file will look differently. You will find more info in this thread: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/23-4687-1
