| I have entered in "Remove Ad Banner" and there is written that, it could be removed for administrators and moderators but I can't found where can I do it :|

| Apparently it's not possible anymore. If your website have uNet accounts enabled,
then each user will have control bar at top of the website and wont see ad banner.
