Im suggesting that instead of an IP being banned due to its being on the Ban List, that it be ultimately banned from accessing the particular .ucoz site. NaWaRos' putrid, filthy underling, Danny, spammed our forums and threatened to shut our site down. I successfully prevented him from doing so by executing lockdown. Even if IP bans block the IP's activity, a hacker could still access the site and run his hacking programs. Please consider this.

I know Sir but subnets can be banned... I think... O_o
can they? because if subnets can be banned then a few subnets would make them tire themselves from changing IP all teh time. sad
