Argument (why uCoz needs this feature): uCoz need to make a module or page where if you banned a user using the reproofs system it will show up on this Banned User page with the specific reason and such. It will be good for all website having to ban users a lot when other members can see if a particular users has been banned. It will show the date banned and the date until you are banned with username, reason why and banned by who.
