Hi. I want to make the website design in photoshop.

I'm afraid we don't have such tutorial. You can find some general tips on the Internet. Creating a PSD file is only the first step. You must have certain HTML and CSS skills in order to convert PSD into HTML and CSS to be able to use it as a website layout. You must also have some basic knowledge of uCoz and the organization of its pages.
