I got message that guests of my site see advertise and that I must pay 3$ for month for anulate that.
I already paid minimal paid service for one year. What is that now?

I think that those ads are not from uCoz.

It shows only for guests not for other users.

Those are because of your '99counters.com' and 'flagcounter.com' codes.
I tried those in the past and was getting those ads... It's part of the agreement for using their codes on your site wink

srkisara, it would be better if you provided a screenshot of the ads you see. Please note that the Minimal plan does not remove the uCoz ads.

Please if is this Ucoz ads notify me which Paid service excludes this.
A few days ago I extended the minimal account that I used before.

The first shoved window of Ucoz format and ask me for 3$ for get rid of this.

It's not ads of visitors counters.
I deleted them and shows again

srkisara, that is a uCoz ad, and you have to pay for the Basic package to hide it.

Can I change minimal account to basic now and add money. Or I must pay full price.
Thanks for reply. Ucoz changed pay options and I was confused.

I know that you can cancel the current package, and some of the money you paid for the package will return in your account in control panel.

If you want to cancel a package, go to paid services > click on the Order number and then click cancel.
