Cannot restore from project bankup

Hello. I have created a project backup. This evening i tried to restore from the back up. However it is giving the following error

"The feature is not enabled. Contact Technical Support."

What does this mean? how can it be solved?

joh, it's in the message: Send a ticket to the Technical Support, where you ask to enable the feature. Also specify why do you want to do this.
