Hey guys in my forum when i post videos from youtube i get scoll bars along the bottom! is there anyway i can take that out ?

it doesnt matter if its a video or a picture i always get these scroll bars and you cant see the full image/video without moving the scroll bar over. Have a look to see what i mean
