I have so many issues with my site right now. How do you make sub pages and headers on a ucoz site?

samrox59, what do you mean by creating a header? Each uCoz template has a header. Do you want to put a custom header image? Then provide your design number.

Pages can be created via Control Panel -> Page Editor. Then you can rearrange the created pages on Site Menu, so that some of them will be displayed as subpages for other pages. Please see the following guide for more info: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/8-5638-1
