DavidJr, what's your browser version? I do not see any problems with this form in Firefox.

Firefox 12.0 and i'm using netbook with 1024x600 resolution

DavidJr, try to check it in another browser. And I would suggest that you do not use the Visual Editor much, creation of a HTML table is not that difficult - http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/5-715-1#3489 smile
