I have problem with form Editor I created text field and i want the information send to my E-mail how to do this? look at this pic :

iSeventy, I don't understand where exactly have you created this form. If you have been using the uCoz E-mail Forms module could you please explain where and how you have edited the template. I am unable to help you any further without this information.
