I am from Ukraine. I like UcoZ very much. But I cannot understand whether it is Russian or American, or may by German? Where is central office and who is the author of this nice project?

Thank you, but there is no information about the country and about the names of authors. Russian language variant of Ucoz was the first. Does it mean that Russia?
And what can you say about http://www.ukoz.com/? I thought it was the center of organization. Is it right?
