I tried to do "PARK DOMAIN" but it says: "Specified domain is already parked to another account."

It DOESNT work!

Any help?

Did you park that domain to any another ucoz website before?
If yes than you need to detach from that account first.

Yes, I think I parked it before, but I deleted that park a while back. Any help?

I suggest you go back to that account and actually check it, the fist time you detach it might not have worked.
If you have deleted that account and the problem continues contact Technical Support via Control Panel
