If so, please post a link to the image and I can minimize it 16x16 for you Now if he wanted a specific image I think he would have stated that in additional information but all he stated was he needed something with a figure saluting. Last time I checked minimize was defined as; "to reduce to the smallest possible amount or degree." now since 16px*16px is not the smallest size possible how would you plan to do that? Another thing is he asked for text on the image simply "minimizing" it as you call it would not have worked.  The favicon I made for the original poster is below.
