My web banner is designed in Photoshop. The image quality is crisp and high definition. However, after it is placed into the site, the quality does not look as good. The edges don't seem as crisp and the colors are not as vibrant as on the original image.

Hmm... Might be your browser. Like old FFs didn't had blur on images, but with newest
versions there is blur. It's not uCoz's fault, if would, then my avatar would be different
colour. It's hosted on uCoz web and displays in uCoz web. Provide url of your website.

You're right it is my browser...FireFox 3.5.3 - tried with IE (haven't used in years 'till today) and the graphics look good...tried with Safari and they look good. I might go back to FireFox 2+ again - ever since their version 3, it is not the same. Thanks Dartz !

...also depending on browser used, the banner alignment is different wacko
