Sorry too. I changed the design of the site before you see.
The option to restore the "header editor" is only available on the control panel in russian language. I edited the code.

Portuguese is the official language, and English as a second language.
sometimes I look at the control panel in Russian to know what's new, ja that Russian is the official language of uCoz.

Visual Comment is not working in 2 of my sites.

jackass, no that's because your websites are in Latvian, and the visual comment form is not available in Latvian.

Copy & Paste into quoted text area doesn't work properly in the new comment form. It redirects you to top of page when you try to paste.
