that error ive got when i run the installer package.

dense0293, we've tested it and everything seems to work fine. Can you tell us what OS are you using?

My suggestion is to to download it separately, directly from their website (http://cyberghostvpn.com/) and use the activation code received by e-mail.

Raver, i use windows xp sp2. well i tried from the 5 different computer but the problem still the same. I dont know why, as for now i have the licence key in my email inbox.
WatedBoy, just check your spam folder.( there ive found my licence key and i use gmail service). smile

WatedBoy, most likely the email is in the Trash or Spam folder, as dense0293 already advised you!
dense0293 please write us on the support (support@cyberghost.ro) regarding this problem. We've never seen it before, so this is quite a new thing for us! We support Windows XP, so I don't know why are you receiving it.
