It doesn't mean that we do not have free support any more. All questions that concern technical problems on our side are in any case free of charge. Even if you pay for such request, the money will be returned.
Now anyone who wishes can ask any question for $0.5 and will get a guaranteed reply. And he/she will not be directed to read FAQ, forum or smth else.
If a user won't be satisfied with an answer for objective reasons, the money will be returned. If an answer won't be given within 24 hours, again the money will be returned.

Of course one paid request must contain one question, and not all possible questions about all possible features.
If a request will contain several questions, you will be offered to divide it into several requests. All correspondence within one question (ticket) is free.
Payment is made from the personal account that can be refilled in different ways.

Why did we introduce this innovation?
As you know it is always better not to do anything at all than to do it badly. The quality of Tech. Support replies was not perfect and we received complaints. At the same time Support received tons of questions from people who simply did not want to read FAQ for example. Tons of unreasonable questions overshadowed the questions that really required help of a qualified specialist.

On the other hand a lot of free services around the world have paid support. It mostly concerns open source projects. It also concerns commercial products that have subscription for support, yearly or monthly. That's what allows providing of quality help.
