So I had my website set up to be one thing then I went to common settings and changed it to a different url but now I get this message when I go to that url

Although, it is possible that your website will be available under your own second-level domain name like mysite.com or mysite.su etc. You will have to purchase a domain name for this purpose, if you don't have one at present. Then you will have to attach it to your uCoz account in Control panel->Domain transfer. See the domain attachment tutorial here http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/37-435-1 All the data and the website outlook will remain unchanged. You may purchase domain name here https://domain.ucoz.com/ I believe you have created two separate websites. The second one is not finished yet. You may check it for yourself in the Webtop.
