All complaints about violations of the uCoz Terms of Use should be forwarded to the uCoz Abuse Service here: http://www.ucoz.com/abuse (the form at the bottom of the page).

Yes, you are. It is not prohibited by the uCoz Terms of Use.

uCoz membership will be revoked if any of the following activities occur:
1. Adult or Pornographic related
2. Warez or Software Piracy related
3. Music Piracy Related
4. Hacking Related
5. Making available copyrighted software which has been "cracked" (e.g., copyright protection for the software has been removed)
6. Making available serial numbers for software which can be used to illegally validate or register software
7. Making available tools which can be used for no purpose other than "cracking" software
8. Spamming to promote your website
9. Anything related to illegal activity

It is pretty clear that hosting of warez in our ucoz website is illegal. But, is it also illegal to provide rapidshare/megaupload/torrent links to these files?

-VishaL-, I understand your problem, but handling your website is up to you. All I can suggest is to limit the rights of Users for example. So that they will not be able to use Tag Board or post messages on forum etc. And then, when you know that a certain user is trustworthy, you or your Mods transfer him manually to a group with wider permissions.
Another option is to set pre-moderation for posts and messages of Users for example. You can do all this in CP->Users->User groups->Set permission for all groups

By my thoughts not fine as you say, iLee.

The line 'Making available' shows that you provide a link from your site to other.
You are making it available, giving access to people to download, provide info of it.

In that case, most of the ucoz sites i have visited have violated this and some of them have been running for over 2 years. (not that it is any of my business)
Anyway I have no plans of linking to warez. My worry is about site users who may link to them. As you all know it will be impossible to check each ones activity.

Yes you can add Reviews Guides General Talk, Games, Tutorials, Anything and everything (except anything against the rules, like illegal software, warez. etc.)

But it wont increase your traffic much, As Rake said you want to add content,

If they are cracked, then yes. If they are free trials, then no.
