some people in uk cant get on my website or any other ucoz website it keeps saying error or just will not load the page can any one help me with this problem

leeinmexico, could you please provide a site URL and if known a server number. Additionally, could your users who are unable to access the site provide to you tracert results if possible? If you could pass these on to us it would aid greatly with the analysis of problems.
