Hello Sunny,

I want to know that , today , the technical team has completed the tranfer for me?

if ucoz can not perform the tranfer in today , I can ask the 2nd method :

I have a data file of 800 MB larger ( kenhtruyen.dmon.com )
I can upload backup it to kenhtruyen.ucoz.com

the problem is FTP can not upload a too large files
I ask technical unlocked ftp, so I can upload via ftp
this way I can automatically tranfer quickly within 30 minutes of work

I need you to give me the answer immediately. because my site has fobbiden more than 20 days but we had big losses
i can not wait ucoz technical team any longer someday.

so many obstacles on the time zone , you have to wait through forums is very consuming time
can you give me nick skype , facebook or yahoo who can help me increase the file size upload via ftp ?

I do not understand why my computer just to kenhtruyen.ucoz.com 2 times , if on the 3rd will get an error 403
on the 4th to the inaccessible
apparently, the DDoS detection system ucoz no problem with reasonable kenhtruyen.com
I normally do not use in software hack or attack that is blocked

my ip : 115.77.214.130

check your ip address above and let me know what reason that address is blocked
this IP can load normal all the other sites of the ucoz
but kenhtruyen.ucoz.com will be blocked immediately

It means that your IP is temporarily blocked. The usual blocking time is 3,5 hours.

I received this answer your more than 10 days ago and
but until now, my problem is still unsolved

1. I request to transfer data from kenhtruyen.dmon.com to kenhtruyen.ucoz.com .
--> This issue is still unresolved ..

I can not wait for one more day

2. I had myself created a backup from kenhtruyen.dmon.com
and now i have 1 file more than 800MB of data
later
I had 2nd disappointment because kenhtruyen.ucoz.com can not upload large data files via ftp ( 800MB )

and when i restore my web
I received notice that:
The feature is not enabled. Contact Technical Support

means that kenhtruyen.ucoz.com yet to activate this feature

3. I bought extra 7.99 USD for Optimal pack for more dun 10GB storage

In conclusion, until now my problem has not been solved at all

you should give me some advice in this case
I very urgently because over the past 10 days my site had too many losses

The First, When i am restoring my web, I have received notice that:

The feature is not enabled. Contact Technical Support

----> I NEED :The Technical ENABLE Restore from backup copy my site : kenhtruyen.ucoz.com

The second, i can not upload my file data > 800mb via FTP

----> I NEED :The Technical teams UNLOCKED FTP , SO I CAN upload files larger than 800MB

I would like to emphasize , I just need help with 2 simple things
everything else I will wait after
now I need to do immediately two problems, looking forward to your help
