When I go to my site, suddenly there's this big popup in the corner COVERING my normal login link that asks me to login or register. Except that clicking log in does NOTHING. How do I log into my site?

This is crazy - I realize I haven't been using my site a lot, but every 6 months or so I try to log in and every time there's a new trick!

At this point, I want to get in so I can recover my data and get OFF this ridiculous site!

You didn't attached it.
You're website looks fine.

Kindly turn off the video advertisement and it will be fine.
Go to Control panel main page, next click the uCoz banner and copyright settings. Then unchecked Do not display video ads Lastly, Don't forget to SAVE
I hope it will solve your problem.

Another option if you don't want to see any ad banner download the adblock.

I can't do that because I can't log in - the banner is in the way of letting me log in.

That's twice I've tried to add the file here, and it doesn't seem to have added again.

Lemur, Kindly follow this steps.
1. Log in your website control panel usually it should be like this. www.unfolding.ucoz.com/admin or www.unfolding.ucoz.com/panel. Type it in the address bar.
2. Kindly click this in the column menu in the right side uCoz banner and copyright settings
3. Checked the box that says: Do not display video ads
4. Don't forget to click SAVE.

Else if you wanted to direct on the setting click here
Unchecked the box then save.

I Hope that this will help.

OR
Download the ADBLOCK from google.

Tried this about a dozen times, and the banner is still there, and still can't log in because it covers the login area. Every time I try changing it, it reverts back to "floating banner" no matter how many times I save.

I'll have to hunt down this adblock thingie.

Lemur, you can also use the following page to log in, if the top banner hides the login buttons: http://unfolding.ucoz.com/index/1

Lemur, and it looks like you haven't disabled the video ads as was suggested above. Put the checkmark here:

Thanks Sunny,

I tried that about 20 times, and it didn't "take." Every time I saved it, it came back unchecked again.
