We sought out assistance in trying to rectify an issue caused by Tech Support's staff. Given they refused to take responsibility for their actions. We chose to move forward. Seeking those who were willing to assist in resolving the current issues revolving our newly broken site; which we haven't touched to cause that occurrence.

Tech Support User Sunny. Instead of dismissing oneself. Letting us seek proper guidance from any on-goer who may wish to provide adequate support. Instead chose to close the thread in order to save face. This is 1 of the acts of unprofessionalism we were depicting. We sought out help, and only were given controversy.

If anyone who wishes to provide adequate assistance to resolve our current case. You are free to do so. Unless their staff feels the need to leave another sly uninformative remark before closing off another thread.
