| Tried already... Quote Please, make sure you are using correct authorization information.
Any registration information can be changed through the control panel ("Security" menu).
There can be only one password for the control panel ( http://site_address/admin , it can be retrieved through http://www.ucoz.com/main/?a=remind) and FTP ( ftp://site_address ).
Also, you can create a new site user with any rights required.
Try to find answers here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/0-0-0-6 ( http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/ ) How can i remind my password if i don't remember my secret answer?

| No, I don't think you can. It will ask for the secret question when using the password reminder.

| Sparky, you can try to contact Technical Support once again and send them all registration information you remember (IP, admin password if you remember it; try to suggest what CP password could be, maybe you just don't remember one or two characters). But if you don't remember anything then sorry. Next time remember or store this info.

| hi can someone from management help plz....
when i registered my site, i saved all my login details in my documents for safekeeping.
yesterday i experienced a major problem with my pc and ended up doing a full format of my machine. ive lost all my passwords to my account. is there anyway you guys can retrieve them for me?? my site is razorradio.ucoz.ru. i can get into the first page but i cant alter my site cus i dont know the log in details. many thanks.

| I have admin bar on top on my page, i click login to control panel and it takes me to url http://blood-thugz.ucoz.com/admin/ but with a 404 error,sorry the page you have requested cannot be found please reenter a search item?.. It worked yesterday why not todAY?

| Do you mean reset cookies like deleting them?
I went to internet options > browsing history > delete > delete all. i deleted browsing history, cookies, temp internet files, form data and passwords?? Is that right.? anything else I did deleting all but still same error?

| Hmm well im getting somwere. I used Firefox and clicked on link to control panel, it came up with control panel login name, password. Before i got to type in password it quickly went to 404 error. Added (2009-02-27, 9:03 Pm)
