If you meant that it is not in the menu any more - you can add it there by means of Site menu builder. See more about it here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/8-5638-26197-16-1238853004
But make sure that Guestbook module is installed on your website in the first place. If you still have some problems after that - provide a website name for us to be able to check. A screenshot of the place on the main page where Guestbook used to be would be useful.

When you click on the Guestbook in the menu the browser shows it cannot find http://gb/ - notice the site name disappeared.
The menu builder defines the Guestbook correctly http://icaona.org/gb/. please advice.

tgf, I am unable to confirm the problem you are encountering. Could you please provide the browser you are using and a screenshot of your menu.
On an indefinite leave of absence.

tgf, there are two menus created on your website - $SMENU_1$ and $SMENU_2$. The first one has the correct gb link, the second - incorrect. You need to edit the second menu via the site menu builder: http://screencast.com/t/svzO0Jt7DD
