how do you make a test change a person from site friend to moderator? it worked from user to site friend now its not working

Mark-ucoz-co-uk, with the default groups it won't be possible, since their IDs are 3 and 251, and the IDs can't be changed. It will be possible if you create new custom Moderators and Friends groups, and the ID of Friends must be less then the ID of Moderators, in other words Friends must be created first.
