I've created a site, but now I want to change the address of that. I tried CP>Common Settings But After changing and saving, it isn't working.

HellorHeaven, you can't change the URL of your site after creating it.

HellorHeaven, Blazer, is correct you need to create a new site if you want to re-name your site to newname.ucoz.com but you can purchade a .com domain

HellorHeaven, It is impossible to change one website address into another in uCoz web-services ( site1.ucoz.com into site2.ucoz.com). Although, it is possible that your website will be available under your own second-level domain name like mysite.com or mysite.su etc.
You will have to purchase a domain name for this purpose, if you don't have one at present. Then you will have to attach it to your uCoz account in Control panel->Domain transfer. See the domain attachment tutorial here http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/37-435-1 All the data and the website outlook will remain unchanged. You may purchase domain name here https://domain.ucoz.com/
