ftp 530 error with filezilla

please help. I've read the instructions and have tried many times, but still keep getting this message when I try to use ftp:

Command: USER miraclemile
Response: 331 User miraclemile OK. Password required
Command: PASS **********
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Have changed my ftp password a few times, and it still doesn't work.

longphong, what is your site url? Have you checked you are using the correct username/gateway to connect to the FTP?
