I have a Sopcast server account and wishes to stream our non-commercial community-based radio in uCoz. Is it possible to do this and how? Thank you.

DZLB, there is no system feature that I am aware of that you can use to achieve this. Therefore it falls to the responsibility of custom coding. Unfortunately we do not provide support with that here.
