My website lags when scrolling.

Hello,

I have a little problem with my website: http://madgoat-studio.com/
On Chrome, if I scroll using the scroll bar it lags pretty bad, and it only happens on Chrome, tested on Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer.
Can someone please help me with this issue? or tell me some ways of analyzing my website performance (not loading speed), like being able to see what the browser is rendering to see what might cause the lag?

Skan, try removing your background image and replacing it with a color code, just to find where the promblem is, and does the lag occur in all browsers that you use ?

Animorph, The performance issue was only on Chrome, took your advice and checked the background image, removing
