How to remove sticky links with possibly malware content?

When you visit my site and try to browse it (for example forum) some additional sites open. My antivirus says that its content is dangerous.

BrennusWhiskey, since your website is on the Free plan it will show the ad banner and some redirection may be applied as well. Please provide a URL of the website you are redirected to, each country has their own set of websites, I'll see what I can do, but no guarantees.

The only 100% solution is to upgrade your website with any paid plan.

What features of paid plan could encourage me to buy it?
My site is not commercial.
