东方华尔街, paid/free has nothing to do with what server your site is on. If you're paying for services, it affects exactly that, the services you're paying for. Free/paid sites are on exactly the same servers.

东方华尔街, sites can be split over different servers. So most like you're two sites on on two separate servers.
 There are going to be discrepancies within server speeds due to the nature of servers, however, if you are experiencing considerable issues first check out the Server Status thread, and if there are no reported issues for your server feel free to post a tracert in this thread so that we may look into the problem.
