Premier user by buying a domain

Can I be considered as a premier user if i buy a domain name from uCoz? and if i buy a domain name from uCoz can i be activated using premier user services like local registration, editing login form etc?

Staryte, to be a premium user you must buy one of the packages in the control panel. Just buying a domain will not give you any extra features included in the package.

Staryte, PixelKhaos is right, buying a domain name won't give you the possibility to enable Local Users. To become a premium user you need to buy any of paid packages for any period.

Thanks Sunny, and PixelKhaos, I have an extra question. if i buy any package for a month, shall I become a premier only for a month or more than a month even if the period is over and I didn't renew?

When you lose the plan, you lose premium status.

Actually no, the status won't be lost. The website will still have the premium status, even after one single payment. Of course you won't be able to use the features included into the package (like ad banner removal, additional disk space etc.) but your website will never be disabled for inactivity, you will be able to use local users as long as you need.
