I purchased a template a week ago as well as installation for it. According to the page it'll take two business days for an install and it was never installed. The site is supposed to be launched tomorrow. When I contacted support I was told it would be installed the evening of the 29th and still nothing what do I do? I'm kind of upset I paid for a product and service I'm not receiving..
