Friendly, for example in any graphics editor. Or by means of editing styles and setting width-height for the images.

That's you meant.
The problem is that whatever I have on the menu section are widgets.
I tried to find a way to do it in the css style sheet, but I couldn't find anything related to the size.

Friendly, Is it an external widget? What is its code? And you can still resize the images themselves. Let's continue the discussion via PM as the issue is not related to design 815.
