Im not sure if this is the easiest way or the real way. but it waorked for me:

Page Editor - Module design customization - Templates builder - Skeletons of standard designs

Then just choose your Design again, and you will she the CSS will come up. Take a look at the main header Title:

The text in RED in my Banner for the site, just replace it with yours...Just copy the link and put it in your browser to se if its the right link before you change anyone, when you found it, replace it and save...
(this worked for me, and im sure it will for you)
