mercenari, by default forum threads are organised by the date they were last posted to. What specifically are you wanting to achieve?

mercenari, the first one is not possible with the actual system tools. For your second request, try the Smilies editor (Control Panel » Smilies editor).

mercenari, Mark-ucoz-co-uk, is correct. There is unfortunately a limitation applied to the number of custom smiles which can be added.
