And of course, i need a header image instead of header text. Please tell me where can i set my image as a header in CSS. Thank you in advance.

auditormadness9, please provide the URL address of your site.

You can modify the Favicon by uploading a file named "favicon.ico" to the root of your site's File Manager.

Root? What root? I can't upload an icon, named favicon.ico cuz there already is one like that named.

For image background, add following to css and change yourimage.png to your image link
Code
body {background:url("yourimage.png") no-repeat fixed center;}

For favicon, upload icon named "favicon.ico" as stated by bighyena, it will overwrite original file

auditormadness9,

Go to http://www.yourwebsite.ucoz.com/panel/ > Customize Design > Top Part of the website

and then replace text that says My Site (or site name) with
Code
<img src="yourimageurl" style="width:100px;height:100px;">

it should show image

And if this doesn't work please provide your website as bigblog, and bighyena said. Each templated on ucoz are different
