How to change [select avatar] and [upload custom avatar]

These text really piss me off because they can not change in quick replacement. I want something like upload profile picture and want to get rid of select avatar for good

@ panel:

1.click on 'Settings' top left.

2.select common settings

3. @ right -module settings: scroll down to 'users' ... now see 'fields of registration' - and untick avatars.

4. now scroll to bottom of page and tick or untick: Enable "Avatar uploading" feature for users.

5. SAVE
