Blazer, that is impossible , only admins can see that, it is a builded in feature that will allow admins to quickly edit their pages

It's a border try to locate it in the CSS and in the entry style. Locate "border"and change color to what you would like it to be

And locate

Find word "border" with a color code beside it. Change it and see if what you want to change changes...

Blazer, hmm , i see so you want to remove teh white border of you background go to CP ---> Design ---> Design management (templates) ---> Site pages (or other module pages)
