HG, whats your website url and design number ? , i suggest that you use a repeatable background , so it will fill the whole background in any screen resolution

andrius2711, they can be changed through the editing of the sites CSS. If you are in need to more exact support please provide more detail about what green part or parts of the site you are trying to change.

To do so you need to download the images that are used as the background for the website and blocks and change them in photoshop or other graphical editor. After doing so upload the images again and change the images URL in CSS.
