My problem is like this.

I want to put my own CSS code (template) and i have the code, but when i put it and enter my site it shows me this :

Oh, well i go to the CP and then Design>>Design Managment (CSS)
And then CSS pops up and i just wanna to clear it and put in my own code.

Is that possible ?

It is possible if you know what you are doing. The code you providing is in one piece.
CSS looks different. Also make sure you defined CSS inside template page correctly.
